Head Deacon’s Ministry
The head deacon leads and coordinates the ministry of the deacons, helping maintain a welcoming, orderly, and reverent environment for worship. Working closely with the pastor, elders, and head deaconess, he organizes practical support for worship services, Communion, baptisms, church facilities, and special events.
The head deacon also guides the deacons in assisting members and guests, visiting those in need, and responding to practical concerns within the church family. Through dependable leadership and humble service, he helps ensure that the church’s ministries and facilities are prepared to serve both the congregation and the community.
